Former registered professional of a continuing sponsor for Catalist-listed companies on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
LL.B. (Hons.) — Advocate & Solicitor admitted in Singapore and Certified Compliance Officer. Experienced in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and licensing across regulated industries including trust, payment services, and fund management in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Prior legal practice in capital markets, M&A, and private client, tax and trusts.
Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a graduate of the ACCA Qualification. Over 15 years of experience across external audit, accountancy, corporate secretarial and taxation work.
